I am an intuitive Certified Life and Health Coach, and a Reiki Master. In working with people through coaching and performing Reiki, one thing that everyone has in common is that we all have childhood wounds that need to be healed. These unhealed childhood wounds create defense mechanisms and patterns that we carry into our adult lives. These patterns create mayhem and chaos for most people, and until we learn to recognize these patterns we cannot move through life in a more balanced way. The aforementioned patterns come from our ego. When we learn to differentiate our reactions with our ego from our responses with our intuition we are liberated from these old patterns and beliefs and can be free to live a soul-led life with calm, balance, and purpose.
