Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Look Within Holistic Coaching website, community offerings, mentorship programs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Look Within Holistic Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Look Within Holistic Coaching provides mentorship, educational content, and guidance focused on nervous system regulation, clarity, and sustainable personal change.

The Services may include:

  • Community-based offerings
  • Application-based private mentorship
  • Written content, orientation materials, and resources
  • Supportive communication between scheduled touchpoints (where applicable)

This work is not therapy, medical treatment, mental health counseling, or crisis support.

2. Not Medical or Mental Health Care

Although the founder of Look Within Holistic Coaching holds professional healthcare credentials (RN, BSN), the Services provided are not medical care and do not establish a nurse-patient, therapist-client, or doctor-patient relationship.

The Services do not:

  • Diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions
  • Replace medical, psychiatric, or psychological care
  • Provide emergency or crisis intervention

You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional care for medical, mental health, or crisis-related needs.

3. Personal Responsibility

By engaging with the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes
  • Any insights, guidance, or perspectives offered are informational and reflective, not prescriptive
  • You choose how and whether to apply anything discussed or shared

Look Within Holistic Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Services.

Certain offerings, including private mentorship, may require an application and approval. We reserve the right to accept or decline participation at our discretion.

5. Payment & Refunds

All fees are clearly stated at the time of purchase or enrollment.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Payments are non-refundable
  • There are no partial refunds for unused time, missed sessions, or early termination
  • Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full

Any exceptions will be explicitly stated in writing at the time of agreement.

6. Communication Boundaries

Some Services may include limited support between sessions (such as WhatsApp or email communication). This support:

  • Is not continuous, on-demand, or crisis support
  • Is intended for brief clarification and integration only
  • Does not replace professional emergency or therapeutic care

We reserve the right to pause, limit, or redirect communication that exceeds the intended scope.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not intentionally share your personal information without consent, except as required by law.

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed for:

  • Group or community spaces
  • Third-party platforms used for communication
  • Electronic communications subject to inherent security risks

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Look Within Holistic Coaching—including text, frameworks, language, materials, and methods—is the intellectual property of Look Within Holistic Coaching and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or misaligned with the intent of the work
  • Continued participation is no longer appropriate

Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise stated in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Look Within Holistic Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in or use of the Services.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
